Coming Back to Connection: Spirituality, Wellness, Connection & Reconciliation

  • Kerry Wood Nature Centre 6300 45 Avenue Red Deer, Alberta, T4N 3M4 Canada (map)

Join Rhonda Barraclough and Elder Beverly Keeshig-Soonias for a meaningful, interactive exploration of spirituality, wellness, connection, and reconciliation through an Indigenous worldview and relational lens.

This experiential workshop creates space to reflect on what grounds and sustains us, while exploring the importance of connection to self, others, community, culture, and land. Participants will consider reconciliation as a relational journey grounded in respect, reciprocity, responsibility, and action.

Through storytelling, guided reflection, discussion, and experiential activities, participants will explore holistic wellness, identity and belonging, and practical ways to strengthen relationships and support reconciliation in everyday personal and professional life.

Wellness is relational. Reconciliation is relational. Connection is where the journey begins.
