Momentum Empowerment Coach Training: A Trauma-Informed Approach


Event Description: Momentum’s Certified Empowerment Coach Training is a 70-hour, 4-month program accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF – Level 1). Using a trauma-informed approach, it equips you with the tools to help clients or staff create meaningful change, achieve goals, and reach their potential.

Designed for aspiring coaches, leaders, HR professionals, social workers and anyone seeking foundational coaching skills, this program also supports those pursuing ICF certification or refreshing their knowledge of ICF Core Competencies and Ethics.

Plus, this is an ASWB ACE accredited course and participants who complete the full training are eligible for 49.25 continuing education credits (for both in person and online training!).

The next program begins October 31st, 2025 with weekly online sessions on Friday mornings. Don't miss out! Spots are limited.

The lead facilitator and Mentor Coach, Selena Murillo (CEC, PCC), is certified in Executive Coaching (2006), and Trauma-Informed Coaching (2020). She has 25 years of combined experience as a Coach, facilitator, and is the Coaching Coordinator at Momentum.
